Where do you deliver locally?

Locally means delivery with our own temperature controlled van to keep your safe during transit and with our own driver that cares about your package.

1. Local: NYC & NJ would be our main service areas, we deliver there every day Tuesdays through Saturday
2. Ext-local: Northeast major cities, such as Boston, DC & PA, MD, VA, DE, CT, upstate NY, RI, MA. We usually send our own driver and vans there every week, sometimes two.
3. More Areas Expanded! we have a location down south down so we're also delivering with our own van and driver to FL, GA, TX, and New Orleans!

How long will it take?

1. Local: as soon as next business day (if order is placed by 2PM est). Or whatever date you choose in checkout. We deliver Tuesdays through Saturdays.
2. Ext-local: we deliver there every week. Delivery speed depends on when in the weekly cycle you place the order.
3. Expanded Areas: depending on the area usually a couple business days (FL) to 3-4 weeks (TX). Remember, good things are worth waiting for!

Where will my plants be left? 

Because our driver has a route to keep and strict city guidelines, they will deliver the plants straight to your lobby unless inside delivery was ordered upon checkout.

***Once the plants are sent out from our Jersey greenhouse, no changes can be made as our driver has a big route to keep every day.***

Will I receive notifications? 

One reason our local delivery is very convenient is because you'll be kept in the loop for the delivery, here's how it'll go down:

-You choose whatever delivery date is flexible for you. (this step only applies to Local deliveries)

-We will give you a delivery ETA the day before delivery.

-Our driver lets you know when the plants are loaded and heading out for delivery and how long he'll take to arrive.

-Our driver lets you know when he's heading towards you by call or text.

-Our driver sends an automated text when he actually arrives and dropping off your plant. If he cannot hand the plants directly to you, he'll snap a picture of the place he left the plant at.
